Agents are actually paid a commission by the cruise line, tour operator, etc. for our booking skills and it does not cost more to use an agent. Airline tickets are the exception to the rule - we charge a $25 fee per ticket to book air tickets (if you search anyone other than Southwest, you know that it can take forever to find a decent fare and schedule to match).
